Extra days after the rental period is $25 per day. 

2 tons is included in the rental, if exceeded there will be a $70 per ton overage charge.

Additional fuel surcharge may apply for out of area rentals.

Dumpster cannot be filled up above the top rim, anything over may be taken out upon pick up.

Please Do Not Block Dumpster. Additional $50 fee will be charged for return trips.

We recommend calling or texting us at (615) 852-7676 if you need your Dumpster picked up ahead of time, otherwise it will be picked up on the day initially arranged.

What you Cannot Dump: A $75 fee will be applied if these listed items are found, as they are not permitted in our containers: Oil, Oil filters or Gasoline, Lead acid batteries, Antifreeze, Propane tanks, tires, Flammable liquids solvents or glue, Hazardous materials & chemicals, Wet paint cans and aerosol sprays. If you have any of these items please do not put in container. 

Driveways & Parking areas: Customer warrants that any access/location provided for 4M Rentals llc equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. 4M Rentals llc shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or driveway or any accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or roads, lawns, fences, mailboxes and shrubbery.
